As an introduction to Agama Yoga, we are pleased to be able to offer you your first day of classes with us free of charge.

You can arrive at any time of the month to join in with our First Level Intensive program, after which you can choose to continue your classes with us for the duration of your stay in Mazunte, or even to go on to complete your First Month Intensive certificate.

We supply blankets and Yoga mats.  We recommend that you come with only light fruit in the belly or to wait 2 hours after a large meal.  The practice is deep, meditative, low movement and accessible to most age groups and ends with an extended lying down final relaxation in Savasana.  If possible come with natural and light clothing.

We look forward to welcoming you on the first step of your Agama journey.  Our studio is clean and professionally run, surrounded by Neem trees and with wonderful beach views of San Agustinillo Playa.  There is no commitment or paper work required.  Continuing students can join as casual drop-in for 100 pesos or for the full day program.  Note this is offered Monday to Friday only with Thursday afternoon and Friday holidays once a month.  Find us on the highest inclined point of the main Mazunte road rested neatly between San Agustinillo beach and El Centro de Las Tortugas in Mazunte.  You cannot miss us.
