  • Hridaya Meditation and Yoga Teacher Training Course lecture notes booklets summing more than 900 pages.
  • An Anatomy and Physiology booklet, a booklet with advice and recommendations for Hridaya teachers, some inspiring books of Ramana Maharshi, audio files of the HTTC lectures, the Power Point presentations used during the lectures and other useful materials.

In order to be well prepared for this course, Agama Yoga’s First Level Intensive is a prerequisite, as well as attendance of a Hridaya Meditation Retreat or Workshop with Sahajananda.
